3. Order by Fax
Fill in the order form complete with credit/debit card details and fax it to us on: 01992 589689.
4. Mail Order
Complete the order form with your credit/debit card details or enclose a cheque or postal order made payable to Close Parent Ltd. Post it to us at: Modern Baby, PO Box 211, Hertford, SG13 7ZF.
